Our customized GLOCKs, including Gen4's, are offered at the lowest GLOCK prices available anywhere.
Your credit card is not charged until we receive your weapon from GLOCK. You can change any part of your order until then. If your credit card information changes, please let us know so that your order is not delayed. You may change your engraving up to the point that you approve the final Proof.

THE PURCHASE PROCESS IS SIMPLE
You submit your order to us via email and we review it to make sure it is complete. You will receive a confirmation email from us. If you do not receive this email then we have not received your order. Once your order is complete, then your weapon is placed on order from GLOCK.
GLOCK is currently running a 24x7 operation to meet the tremendous demand. GLOCK cannot provide individual statuses, but when your weapon is produced and we receive it, we send you a email. Prior to that, we will be communicating with you to ensure your engraving proof is exactly what you want.
When your weapon is received, the slide is sent for engraving. The engraving process takes 10 - 15 days. Once your weapon is engraved and ready for final shipment to your FFL (which takes about 5 days) we will notify you by email. At that point, you will need to start checking with your FFL for arrival.
